SPA CHARGE: Police arrested Thomas Locascio, an employee at the Estée Lauder spa in Manhasset, N.Y., Wednesday following allegations that he sexually assaulted a patron at the spa. The victim, a 50-year-old woman, alleged she was sodomized by Locascio, 57, during a massage at the spa, according to a police report filed Wednesday. Locascio, a Floral Park, N.Y., resident, has been charged with a criminal sexual act third degree and will be arraigned at the First District Court. In response to the arrest, an Estée Lauder spokeswoman issued the following statement: “We just learned this morning of the allegations against one of our spa employees. We take these allegations very seriously.…We are fully cooperating with the investigation and have terminated Mr. Locascio’s employment for failure to cooperate with the company’s internal review.”

The Perrier Award is open to all emerging designers and fashion students who submit sketch-based presentations, which will be reviewed and evaluated by a panel of Gen Art-appointed judges.
