WAGNER NAMED AT COLE HAAN: Cole Haan, a subsidiary of Nike Inc., has appointed Lori Wagner its first chief marketing officer. Wagner was most recently senior vice president of marketing and advertising at Kenneth Cole Productions, where she was responsible for all aspects of marketing and global branding for wholesale, consumer direct marketing, international marketing, visual merchandising and public relations. In her new role, which she will assume in November, Wagner will report to Cole Haan chief executive officer James Seuss and will serve on the company's executive committee.
SCHULMAN TAPPED AT KENNETH COLE: Joshua Schulman, a former executive at Gap Inc. and Gucci Group, was named president of the Kenneth Cole New York brand, a new position. He will be responsible for elevating the brand and growing its retail business internationally. Schulman will report to chairman and chief executive officer Kenneth Cole, who has been serving as interim president since January, when Paul Blum, who held the title of president of Kenneth Cole Productions, left the company.
