DOZING OFF: St. Eve International has signed a licensing agreement with Montreal-based lingerie manufacturer Dozing Off to produce private label and branded St. Eve underwear, sleepwear and daywear for women, as well as the St. Eve for Kids label for boys and girls.
Distribution in the Canadian market is aimed at department stores and mass merchants. Shipments are scheduled for July.
The line is expected to have first-year sales of $500,000, said Todd Demakos, chief executive officer of St. Eve.
“The products will have the same fashion look as our St. Eve merchandise in the U.S.,” he added.
A wholesale price range has not been finalized.
