NEW YORK — Time for the early-bird special. The spring collections ended barely a month ago, but that didn’t stop Giorgio Armani from getting a jump start on pre-fall with Armani Collezioni, which opens for market this week. Armani’s biggest push, though, is on the tailored dress — from a lapel shirtdress for day to a fitted feathered cocktail number for evening.
