NEW YORK — Altuzarra’s Joseph Altuzarra is the winner of this year’s CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, and Pamela Love of Pamela Love Jewelry and Creatures of the Wind’s Shane Gabier and Chris Peters were crowned its runners-up.

The winner and two runners-up were revealed at a dinner gala at Skylight Soho on Monday evening, which featured Calvin Klein as the keynote speaker.

Altuzarra is taking home $300,000 as part of the prize, while Love and the design duo of Gabier and Peters will collect $100,000 each.

The other finalists were Suno’s Erin Beatty and Max Osterweis; Carlos Campos; Antonio Azzuolo of A.A. Antonio Azzuolo; Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs of Cushnie et Ochs; Ohne Titel’s Alexa Adams and Flora Gill; Fenton/Fallon’s Dana Lorenz, and Soraya Silchenstedt of Finn Jewelry.

This was the eighth edition of the fund, which was created by the Council of Fashion Designers of America and Vogue magazine to help emerging talents with a combination of a cash prize and a mentorship program involving industry leaders.

This year, the selection committee included Vogue’s Anna Wintour and Mark Holgate; the CFDA’s Diane von Furstenberg and Steven Kolb; Theory’s Andrew Rosen, Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough of Proenza Schouler; Coach’s Reed Krakoff; J. Crew’s Jenna Lyons, and Jeffrey Kalinsky of Jeffrey and Nordstrom.

Past winners of the fund were Billy Reid, Sophie Theallet, Alexander Wang, Rogan Gregory of Rogan, Doo-Ri Chung, Trovata and Proenza Schouler’s Hernandez and McCollough.
