NEW YORK — Kmart Holding Corp. and its advertising agency, TBWAChiatDay, which created its Joe Boxer campaign, are parting ways. Chiat Day, a unit of Omnicom Group, on Friday said the partnership is ending for financial reasons. Kmart is shopping for a new advertising agency to help reposition its image now that it has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
