Maria Korovilas’ dress-focused collection, part of the GenArt show, demonstrated her assured hand with great-fitting, tailored dresses — particularly the cotton lace numbers and the flowy silk chiffon dresses that opened the show. Her attention to detail was exemplified in the fine trims: lambskin belts and waistbands, knotted fringe on bodices and metal appliqués on shoulders.
