That’s the effect Luciana Salamone created with her lace, tulle and chiffon dresses, and shorts trimmed with raw edges and messy cutouts. While the pieces’ fit and finishing left much to be desired, they will likely appeal to young, rebellious women who favor the decrepit-baby-doll look.
