NEW YORK — Macy’s Herald Square’s venerable beauty department is introducing a sassy little sister today with the opening of the new Beauty Arcade. The 3,500-square-foot space, comprising makeup artist brands and fashion-forward color cosmetics labels, could do between $5 million and $7 million at retail in its first year.
