FASHION FOURSOME: To try to drum up interest in Manhattan's northernmost shopping area, four Harlem-based fashion resources are teaming up to stage an Aug. 16 runway show at the River Room of Harlem. Models will hit the catwalk in designs from Montgomery and B. Oyama, as well as labels sold at the boutiques Pieces and Denim Library. The event will kick off with 45 members of Harlem's Hypnotized Dance Studio offering a decade-by-decade performance to show how the neighborhood has evolved through the years — from the Cotton Club to hip-hop. A yet-to-be-named celebrity will have the final turn on the runway, according to show organizers.
