Tony Harper has been appointed vice president of leasing for the Atlanta Apparel Mart. Previously, Harper was leasing director for the Mart.
Kathy Andruzak has been named children’s wear/maternity leasing director for the Atlanta Apparel Mart. Her responsibilities include leasing permanent showrooms and developing promotional programs for buyers. Andruzak formerly served as trade show manager for men’s wear.
Debi Gardner, owner of Enchanting Moments, Fuquany Varina, N.C., won the Atlanta Bridal and Formal Association’s first annual “Scarlett” award for the Southeast Retailer of the Year specializing in bridal and formalwear.
Lenox Square, a 35-year-old upscale mall located in Buckhead, just north of Atlanta, will undergo a $60 million expansion and renovation that will add 170,000 square feet and 50 to 60 new specialty stores to its current 200 stores. New York-based Corporate Property Investors (CPI), the mall’s owner and developer, has retained RTKL Associates, a Dallas architecture firm, for the project, which will be completed by fall 1995.
