NEW YORK -- Sergio Garretti has been named president of Marzotto (USA) Corp., here, a division of Marzotto SpA, Milan, effective next Monday.
Garretti succeeds Jean F. de Jaegher, who will continue as president and chief executive officer of Hugo Boss (USA) Inc., and as a member of the executive board of Hugo Boss AG Group. De Jaegher will also remain on the board of Marzotto (USA). Marzotto SpA purchased controlling interest in Hugo Boss AG Group in 1991.
Garretti was director of Marzotto SpA's Outsourcing Division since 1992. Prior to that he was ceo of GFT Spain.
Marzotto (USA) distributes women's ready-to-wear and sportswear collections under the Missoni Donna and Accento Marzotto labels, as well as several men's lines.
