Tod’s put the spotlight on the Double Stripe collection, which comprised a wide selection of small leather goods and roomy totes showing new color combinations, such as white and orange or white and turquoise, as well as a mono-hue version in fruity cherry, pumpkin or blueberry. Also, a young and casual loafer in nubuk leather featured a thick turquoise rubber sole.
Valextra moved away from formal with the new K-Val Total Black jacquard line in a highly resistant and waterproof textured fabric made of Kevlar fiber and polyamide that can withstand 80,000 rubbings without fraying or tearing. The soft briefcases, sports bags and beauty cases are lined in brightly colored fabric, in hues such as fuchsia or acid green.
