Scarlett Johansson canceled her car at the last minute, but a handful of other notables kept to their schedules and made it to Roland Mouret‘s after party held at 60 Thompson Tuesday night. “Flightplan” star Erika Christensen jetted down to the fete, which was hosted by show sponsor Motorola, from the tents, where she caught the Narciso Rodriguez show. “It was great,” she said. “But I’m so embarrassed, I was audibly moaning at Oscar de la Renta when dresses went by.” In a good way, of course. As it turns out, Christensen runs in a rather fashionable circle. Her roommate co-owns Satine Showroom, which opened its New York showroom Wednesday with a party that Christensen hosted. The company represents Sass and Bide, Matthew Earnest and S & J, among other labels. “I’ve got the hookup,” Christensen said proudly.
While the young actress texted on her Trio/Sidekick/latest Hollywood gadget and contemplated plans to head to Marquee later, Eleanor Ylvisaker, Lauren Davis and Victoria Traina mingled on the rooftop. Slumped on a couch with friends was model Lily Cole, likely a bit knackered from the runway miles she’s been logging this week. Then just before midnight, Jake Gyllenhaal arrived to the hotel, much to the delight of Motorola publicists, who were able to ogle but not wrangle him upstairs for the party.
