PARIS — There’s no business like show business, as they say. And that aphorism applies just as well to fashion as it does to the theater, especially in a playful, frisky season. Jean Paul Gaultier’s presentation, for example, had a singularly exotic fantasy side, expressed in such hybrids as a chinoiserie-detailed track jacket or a kimono-cum-boxing robe.
