Fashion loves a good collaboration. So how about Shakespeare and Chanel? Inspired by “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” Karl Lagerfeld turned Paris’ Grand Palais into a dense forest of moody chic. The set was romantic and the primary fashion message focused on the shoulders. “It brings light to the face,” Lagerfeld said of one treatment that played dark fabrics against a yoke of white embroidery.
