For fall, Peter Jensen took his cues from Faye Dunaway’s many glamorous film characters.
The collection revolved around ladylike pieces with a twist: a crepe de chine shirtdress came in a wire hanger print (who could forget Dunaway in “Mommie Dearest”?); a mustard-colored wool skirt suit was worn with a bright yellow blouse with necktie, à la “Network;” a blouse was worked in images of the actress in “The Thomas Crown Affair.”
