NEW YORK — Cargo pants showed up on many a runway for spring, and designers taking part in the Intermezzo show are signaling that the trend continues for summer. This time, however, these utility looks are being shown with feminine tops. Combinations include embroidered camouflage cargo pants paired with a sexy tank, a fitted blazer with cargo-inspired pockets and ankle-tied pants worn with a charmeuse camisole.
