NEW YORK — Estée Lauder plans to give its color cosmetics business a jolt this spring with Electric Intense Lip Creme, a new signature lip color. Launching in February to 100 specialty stores and then rolling into the rest of the brand’s 2,200-door distribution in July, the line could do upward of $25 million in its first year on counter.
