DALLAS — A trunk show of Richard Tyler’s spring signature collection rang up $190,000 at The Gazebo on Thursday.
The designer attended the Gazebo’s annual benefit for The Leukemia Society, which was held at the Loews Anatole Hotel, here. Afterwards, he spent about three hours at the store.
Best-selling items included a steel-colored rayon jacket and matching pants, which sold seven units at $1,690 and $690 respectively; a brown rayon stitch-striped jacket and matching pants, which sold five units at $1,865 and $910 respectively.
The store also sold four cream-colored rayon embroidered jackets at $2,715 and three cream-colored rayon jackets striped with green ribbon for $3,060.
Shelle Bagot, owner of The Gazebo, said, “He has a following in Dallas because of the look, the fit and the handmade quality.”
