Name: Becca Cason Thrash Plan: Private party at a friend's villa in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Outfit: "I am wearing a long-sleeved mini chemise by Naeem Khan made entirely of silver sequins. It's from his current collection that was shown in September in New York. It's the perfect New Year's Eve dress....I've got to spray-tan my legs so that I do not look like an albino in it."
Name: Cynthia Rowley Plan: Dominican Republic. Outfit: "I am wearing a bikini and will be surfing. I bought it at Topshop in London, and it has bows on the side." Name: Behnaz Sarafpour Plan: San Francisco. Outfit: "I am planning on wearing my silver sequined minidress one last time before it gets shipped off to the Victoria & Albert Museum."
Name: Bonnie Morrison Plan: "Due to some not-so-savvy travel planning, I'll be on a plane from my family vacation in Hawaii." Outfit: "The part of me that imagines every scene of my life as a fashion shoot has me boarding the plane in a vintage caftan, Tony Duquette jewelry and heaps of Goyard luggage. But in reality, I will probably be in a Puma tracksuit accessorized with a bunch of tabloids, just like all the other unfortunates looking forward to ringing in 2007 on a pressurized tube 35,000 feet over the Pacific Ocean."
Name: Lisa Airan Plan: Kalari Kovilakom, a spa-like ayurvedic — holistic alternative medicine — facility in Kerala, India. Outfit: "Because it's a strict ayurvedic experience, they make the clothes you will be wearing. They ask you for your measurements and the clothes will be ready for you. I have a feeling that it will just be a simple cotton suit."
Name: Lauren Davis Plan: Cartegna, Colombia. Outfit: Proenza Schouler's look 22 from spring 2007. "Because I am still a city girl, even in the tropics."Name: Crystal Lourd Plan: With family in Florida at their beach club. Outfit: "I'm planning to wear a Michael Kors resort dress. It's silver-blue, strapless, short, with an Empire waist — happy and comfortable, with a vintage feel. There's a slight chance I'm going to New Orleans that night for the last Saints game, and if that's the case, I will be in jeans."
Name: Jacqui Getty Plan: Belize at daughter Gia Coppola's birthday party. Outfit: "I'm sure I will wear my purple satin Lanvin dress with a vintage Cartier 1970 nail bracelet, a David Webb ring, my favorite bag, a B. Romanek clutch and the new Marc Jacob's gold lizard heels that will probably come off — and I'll be bare-feet dancing with Gia and her friends and family."
Name: Meredith Wood-Prince Plan: Private party in Chicago. Outfit: "A beautiful pink DVF dress that is fully beaded with Empire waist, which is perfect because I'll be six months pregnant."
Name: Kimberly Jones Plan: Harbour Court, the New York City Yacht Club's Newport, R.I., clubhouse. Outfit: "I always make sure I have a lot of beautiful things, and then the night of something I always pick what makes me look tallest and thinnest. Probably what will make me look tallest and thinnest this year is a beautiful dress from Pucci I bought recently in Paris."
Name: Kimberly Schlegel Whitman Plan: Puerto Vallarta at Joely Fisher and Christopher Duddy's 10-year wedding anniversary. Outfit: "We're all supposed to wear white, so I found the cutest little YSL halter dress with a full skirt from cruise from Neiman's, and I'm wearing it with Alaïa shoes that are raffia and white leopard mixed together."
Name: Ruthie Summers Plan: Private party in the Hollywood Hills. Outfit: "I am due any day with my first child. I plan to wear a dress by Thread Social — a new line from my friend Beth Blake. It's a great gold Empire-waist wrap minidress that will cover anything I may still have on New Year's and still leave me with some semblance of sexy."Name: Lee Scura Plan: Mustique, Palm Beach or Newport. Outfit: "I could be in one of three places. If I am in Mustique, I will be wearing a rock 'n' roll sarong by Lotti B. If I am in Palm Beach, I will be wearing a conservatively acceptable gown of a long black Gucci skirt with a Ralph Lauren lace camisole. And if I am in Newport, it could be nothing in front of the fireplace."
Name: Dee Ocleppo Plan: Mustique beach party. Outfit: "I'll be barefoot elegant: no shoes and no jewelry except for the diamond studs [boyfriend Tommy Hilfiger] gave me."
Name: Heidi Dillon Plan: Chairing event at the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas. Outfit: "I am either wearing a Ralph Lauren silver beaded sheath, which is from fall 2006, or I am wearing a black beaded YSL tuxedo jacket from fall 2004 or 2005, which I had Tom Ford sign, with a pair of Kaufman Franco black pants. Todd Fiscus is the event designer for the evening and his design will be all silver and white, so I'll wear the Ralph if I want to blend in or the YSL if I want to stand out."
Name: Jamie Tisch Plan: Aspen. Outfit: Seven jeans and a Giambattista Valli black turtleneck with a poof sleeve at the wrist.
