It may be Las Vegas, but this dessert destination doesn't always have to be sinful. Located next to the Galleria Mall, Atomic #7 features organic, vegan and gluten-free options in addition to ice milks and ice creams. Guests create their own frozen or hot dessert by choosing cream, milk, rice, soy or almond milk, then sweeteners such as organic sugar or agave syrup. Custom flavors and mix-ins are the final step. Appropriately enough, Atomic #7 takes its name from the seventh element on the periodic table — nitrogen — because the company uses a patented atmospheric freezing process to create its ice cream. But those seeking a warm treat can opt for steaming hot pudding instead.Atomic #7 is a certified vegan, USDA organic and green business and all goodies are servedin gluten-free homemade waffle cones or bowls nestled in eco-friendly dessert cups. Now that's a guilt-free dessert.Atomic #7, 605 Mall Ring Circle #110; 702-458-4777. Open Monday to Friday,8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday,1 to 10:30 p.m. Closed Wednesday.
