CHILD’S PLAY: Less than a week after signing a $90 million endorsement deal with 18-year-old LeBron James, a high school senior headed to the NBA, Nike has added 13-year-old Freddy Adu, a standout soccer player, to its stable of sponsored athletes. Terms of Adu’s deal were not disclosed, but it is believed to be upward of $1 million. Last week, Reebok inked a deal with three-year-old Mark Walker and will use him as the poster child for its search for talented child athletes.
