PARIS — Feel like you’re going dotty? Well, you’re not alone. In an effervescent spring season, designers made dots of every scale a favorite motif. At Emanuel Ungaro, for example, Giambattista Valli, who hit his stride this season, used them in black-and-white silk for sassy dresses and little tops over lean pants.
