Updated classics was the name of the game at Talbots' spring presentation, where green and navy was a key color combination and nautical accents were worked throughout. A navy-and-white-striped cotton trench was shown with a button-up shirt in contrasting stripes and green slim trousers, while a knit top, also in stripes, got a trendy twist when paired with a black-and-white quilted vest. Feminine touches were added via flirty engineered floral prints that showed up on silk T-shirts, pencil skirts and dresses.
