Teen People taps into the discerning minds of teenage consumers by sponsoring a “Hot Picks” discussion panel on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at 11:45 a.m. at the Main Stage of the Sands Hotel.

Six teenage trendspotters — four girls and two boys aged 15 to 20 years old hailing from all over the U.S. — were handpicked for the panel by the youth magazine, along with Teen People’s Fashion Director Jorge Ramón and Senior Manager of Trendspotter Marketing, Janis Gaudelli.
“[Our third year at WWDMAGIC] is much more interactive,” said Gaudelli. “Our trendspotters will walk the floor on the first day of WWDMAGIC, looking for what sticks out as a hot, new trend and affix a “Hot Pick” hangtag on the item…giving it a ‘teen seal of approval,’” she explained.?
The teens will review the top three looks they chose at the seminar.
