MEETING CHANGES: The National Association of Chain Drug Stores has announced changes to its annual Marketplace meeting. Retailers willing to participate in special Saturday meetings — called Saturday Meet the Market — will not pay any meeting expenses. Schedules will be personalized so that the right buyers and sellers are put together. NACDS has also launched MYMarketplace on marketplacenacds.org, a Web-based tool to help retailers tailor agendas to meet individual objectives. There will also be Marketplace Magazine to help attendees plan for the annual trade show, to be held in San Diego from June 7-10.
