PARIS — Talk about walking like an Egyptian. John Galliano celebrated the land of milk and mummies with a dazzlingly decadent spring couture lineup for Dior featuring elaborate Cleopatra looks that would have delighted Elizabeth Taylor in her heyday — not to mention the boy king Tutankhamen himself. There was tons of gold, along with fur, fanciful embroideries, ruffles and wild headdresses. The basic silhouette, however, suggested Christian Dior’s famous H-line.
