Esmod Berlin International University of Art for Fashion graduates Kristina Puljan and Martin Eichler played to the stadium with their sportswear-driven debut Vektor collection. The men’s and women’s looks were done in black and white, spiked with metallic mint and lavender. Loose football shirts; basketball pants, and baseball jackets were paired with pencil skirts, classic blazers and shirts in Neoprene, silk, leather and organza combinations.
In what could possibly turn into an alternative business model for young designers, the duo started with a shop a year before launching their label. “We can maintain intimate customer relations, get immediate feedback and get special production orders through our shop,” Eichler said.

"That's something that resonates with me too because I'm so locked into a number. If I go over that number it completely ruins my day so it's nice to get detached from the number on the scale." - Chelsea Handler on Kelly LeVeque's book "Body Love." #wwdeye (📷: John Salangsang)
