Making their Berlin Fashion Week debut, scarf savants Eleonore von Schwanenflügel and Stephanie Pupke took on a dollhouse theme that skewed more twee than trend-setting. Loose-fitting looks were based on a rainbow-colored drawing room print of piled chairs, drawn drapes and stern statuary. Shirred cherry-red silk skirted a drop-waist shift, and curtain wrapped around an empire waist dress. The standout was a snap-up bomber jacket, one of the simpler looks. The duo may be better off to leave their fanciful silk patterns for the scarves, as they were originally intended.
