Woodward & Lothrop has filed schedules in New York.

WASHINGTON — Woodward & Lothrop has filed schedules in New York showing total liabilities of $525.7 million and total assets of $620 million as of Jan. 17, the date the company filed for Chapter 11.

Liabilities include unsecured claims of $323.2 million, secured claims of $202.3 million and priority claims, mainly municipal taxes, of $141,758. Listed among the unsecured creditors were seven Liz Claiborne Inc. divisions, owed a total of $2.43 million; Anne Klein II/E. Gluck, $215,615; Christian Dior Perfumes, $74,759; Donna Karan Co., $218,492; Ellen Tracy, $146,674; Jordache Enterprises, $56,065 and Sara Lee Intimates, $167,625.
