NEW YORK - Colleen Kelly, 46, will become head of the wholesale division at Tommy Hilfiger USA.

For the past four years, Kelly has been president of Calvin Klein Jeans at Warnaco Inc.

She succeeds Allen Zwerner, who is stepping down from his role as president of U.S. wholesale and president of the men's wear business.

Kelly will report to Fred Gehring, chief executive officer of Hilfiger.
