NEW HORIZONS: “There are such huge perspectives: It’s like being on a film set,” cooed rising French actor Theo Frilet, who attended the Kenzo men’s show on Saturday morning, situated in a sprawling former railway depot with sun streaming in and bottles of sand hanging over the runway. Meanwhile, Kenzo chief executive James Greenfield said the French brand is launching men’s underwear under license with Italian firm Isa for spring/summer retailing. Kenzo also continues to expand its global retail reach, having just opened a 1,300-square-foot boutique in Novosibirsk, the largest city in Siberia. “And we’re going to open in Baku,” he added.
