ART ATTACK: A mob scene erupted Friday night in front of the Yvon Lambert gallery in Paris, where Adam Kimmel was holding his men’s wear presentation. Canadian rapper Drake sliced through the crowd with the help of two burly bodyguards, but kept mostly to himself once inside.

Kimmel had assembled his usual eclectic crowd: Artists Dan Attoe and Oscar Tuazon modeled clothes in a glass exhibition case. Kimmel and his wife Leelee Sobieski co-directed a short movie, starring Attoe, that was projected on a giant screen. Coming up next for the actress is the release of  “The Last Film Festival,” the final movie Dennis Hopper starred in before he died. “I play a stalker,” Sobieski said cheerfully.

Olympia Le-Tan confirmed she will be premiering her Spike Jonze-directed short animated movie using felt characters inspired by her clutch bags, called “To Die By Your Side,” at New York Fashion week, in the hope of expanding her U.S. distribution. “It’s a love story between a skeleton and a girl,” the accessories designer explained.

Mathias Augustyniak, one-half of graphic design duo M/M, said the firm had just redesigned singer Björk’s Web site, due to launch in spring with a raft of new technological features. M/M will also take part in “Graphic Design Worlds,” an exhibition opening at the Triennale Design Museum in Milan next week.
