ANYA UNDERGROUND: Anya Hindmarch took to a disused London Underground station earlier this week to show off her spring wares. The designer filled the early 20th century Strand Tube Station with artful displays of her accessories: Her Marano clutch bags in shades of pink and lilac were showcased in a faux flower stall, while her Gracie shoulder bags were on show among antique tins of sugar, books, and boxes. Other new pieces for spring include the Bruton bag, a structured number in black, nude, or white leather, inspired by a weathered doctor’s bag. Earlier this month, the designer also launched her new collection of diaries. Done in large and small sizes, the diaries are covered in a luxurious textured leather, known as London Grain, and designed to be gold-stamped with their owner’s name. They’re also reversible, and can be used as a notebook. Prices start at 125 pounds, or $200.
