TOP THIS: The Berkeley in London has dressed up its Prêt-a-Portea afternoon tea in time for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Known to serve runway-inspired confections, the Knightsbridge hotel is now offering biscuits, choux buns and other sweets that are reminiscent of hats worn by the Royal Family. A praline profiterole, for example, was inspired by the much-talked-about Philip Treacy fascinator that Princess Beatrice wore to last year’s Royal Wedding, and an intricately-iced biscuit with diamonds made of sugar is shaped to look like the coronation crown Queen Elizabeth wore in 1953.
