Bonnie Takhar Takes Post at Charlotte Olympia

Her new title is chief commercial and merchandising officer of the footwear brand.

CHARLOTTE’S WEB: Bonnie Takhar, who left her job as chief executive officer of Halston late last year, has returned to London and taken a new post at the footwear brand Charlotte Olympia. Her title is chief commercial and merchandising officer, and she will be working closely with Charlotte Dellal, the brand’s designer and founder, on the company’s development. Her focus will be on wholesale relationships, the retail network and merchandising strategy. “Bonnie is a fantastic addition to the team,” Dellal told WWD. “Her experience in successfully growing luxury brands will be invaluable.” Takhar said she was looking forward to continuing the development of the brand. Before joining Halston in 2007, Takhar was chief commercial officer at Jimmy Choo.
