BRUSHING UP: French painter Claude Viallat added an artistic touch to the Sergio Rossi collection presented on Wednesday in Milan by painting 18 leather and canvas boots produced by the brand. Throughout his career, Viallat has painted on curtains, umbrellas and sails, but this was the first time he experimented with footwear, said Sergio Rossi’s creative director, Francesco Russo.
