CHANGE AT LANGE: Annick Gorman has been named creative director for Rena Lange, effective in January. She succeeds Karsten Fielitz, who has been at the design helm of the Munich-based fashion firm for more than four years. Gorman is currently creative director of L.K. Bennett in London. She previously worked for Cacharel and Celine, among others.

Fielitz said he could not reveal his plans at this time. Rena Lange chief executive officer Daniel Gunthert emphasized the designer and company are parting amicably. The pre-winter collection under Fielitz’s design direction will be presented at the end of November, and Fielitz will also oversee the fall 2013 fashion show in Berlin during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in early January.
