GAP IN THE MARKET: French illustrator Garance Doré was the toast of Gap’s Carnaby Street pop-up store on Sunday night. Having already collaborated with Colette, Doré was asked to create an exclusive capsule collection for the Gap 1961 denim concept store. Two T-shirts picture a young woman posing in a denim jacket or jeans, and the third one says: “Why don’t we do it on the street?” Doré explained how she focused on a “sassy female wearing only denim.”
