Ermanno Scervino opened its first monobrand store in China on Thursday in the Shanghai Centre department store, overlooking the Nanjing West Road.
The 3,230-square-foot boutique has a similar concept as the brand’s other stores worldwide, including leather seating and materials such as smoked glass, mirrored surfaces and steel and cement. The store, which carries Ermanno Scervino’s men’s, women’s and accessories collections, also offers an area for VIP customers.
“Shanghai is a fundamental step for the growth of the brand at international level, ” said Toni Scervino, chief executive officer of the Ermanno Scervino Group. “Our aim is to tell a story made up of passion, style and quality: the values of Made in Italy that are recognized all over the world.”
Separately, the company opened two stores in Taiwan’s capital of Taipei earlier this month.
