EXITING SALLY: All told, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice made a cool $1.9 billion from its 2006 investment in Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. The private equity firm completed a secondary offering of the beauty firm’s stock Monday, selling the last of its 86 million shares of the firm. Clayton, Dubilier sold its stock through four underwritten offerings and one share repurchase program by the beauty firm at an average price of $22.68. The stock slipped 0.8 percent to $25.69 Monday.
