Faith Connexion, Annabelle Dexter Jones Team Up

The French brand’s capsule collection will be sold at Colette Paris and select, still-unconfirmed stores in New York.

FAITH IN DEXTER JONES: For its third season, Faith Connexion brand ambassador Maria Buccellati brought the French brand’s fall lineup to New York’s Standard hotel on Wednesday, showing the clothes to a small group of editors.

This time around, Annabelle Dexter Jones collaborated with the company on a capsule collection that will be sold at Colette Paris and Net-a-porter. “Annabelle has great style, that ‘It’ girl quality that can bring so much to our brand in terms of awareness in the U.S.,” said Buccellati.

As for the clothes, think boyish schoolgirl goes to Paris, i.e, tailored shirts, sweatshirts, a leopard fur coat and black leather bomber jacket. “They gave me total freedom to do exactly what I wanted, so I took inspiration from old family photos, my sister and me in school uniforms, and also my mother’s amazing style,” said Dexter Jones, who was wearing a navy crepe jumpsuit from the line.

On Thursday, Buccellati and Dexter Jones will host a dinner and party at the newly opened Le Baron in Chinatown. The space is owned by Dexter Jones’ boyfriend André Saraiva, who is also is the creative director of L’Officiel Hommes and the entrepreneur behind Tokyo and Paris’ Le Baron, and Le Bain at The Standard hotel in New York.
