Fragrance Foundation Creates ‘Foundation Talks’ Lectures

Unlike one-person lectures, each talk will include a panel of guests in a fast-paced format.

TALKING SCENT: Following the lead of other beauty industry organizations such as Cosmetics Executive Women, the Fragrance Foundation is creating a series of branded lectures. Called Foundation Talks, they are intended to showcase speakers from a wide variety of industries in an attempt to shake up conventional thinking. Unlike one-person lectures, each Foundation Talk will include a panel of guests in a fast-paced format. The first event, which will be held Jan.29 in New York City, will feature bestselling author Malcolm Gladwell; Caryl Stern, president and chief executive officer of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, and graphic designer Stefan Sagmeister.
