MAKING AN ENTRANCE: Charlene Wittstock’s heavy-handed security detail could learn a thing or two from Kevin Costner. The “Bodyguard” star was one of several A-listers whose interviews with reporters were interrupted by the Princess of Monaco’s personal guards, who physically shoved people out of the way as she arrived at the Atelier Versace show in Paris.
Once Wittstock was comfortably seated, Costner graciously resumed the conversation. The actor has been in Paris since December shooting the tentatively titled “Three Days to Kill,” in which he plays a dying spy who tries an experimental drug to win time to reconnect with his daughter. Though filming is in its final week, Costner admitted he still hasn’t had a scene with costar Amber Heard. The daughter, presumably? “Oh, no, no, no,” Costner corrected with a smirk. “She’s my boss.”
Olivia Munn was on a lightning visit before returning to the set of “The Newsroom,” and admitted she was still figuring out what happens to her character, Sloan Sabbith, on the second season of the show.
Melissa George was virtually unrecognizable with her dark brown, slicked-back hair. “I’m living in Paris, so I think that being brunette is better for the light and the architecture,” she explained. The “Hunted” star recently completed a movie called “Felony” with Joel Edgerton and Alex Haddad.
Canadian electronic artist Claire Boucher, aka Grimes, will be the face of Iris van Herpen’s new ready-to-wear brand, and she planned to attend the designer’s couture show on Monday before playing a private gig at Club Silencio on Jan. 23. Having been forced to cancel several concerts late last year due to hearing problems, Grimes will be back on the festival circuit this summer. “I think it’ll be fine. Whatever — I mean, I’ve always been listening to music way too loud,” she shrugged.
