A paparazzi scrum worthy of Hollywood accompanied the arrival of Nelly Furtado at the Elie Saab show Wednesday. The singer, whose Spanish-language “Mi Plan” is the highest-selling Latin pop album launch this year, made it to the front row next to Dita Von Teese with seconds to spare before the models stepped on the runway. As soon as the lights went on at the end of the show, she was whisked away by security guards to a waiting car, leaving behind a trail of paparazzi, TV cameras and autograph hunters.
