IN THE SWIM: At the Emporio Armani show Saturday, Olympic swimmer Federica Pellegrini discussed a hot-button subject in fashion – body image. Her autobiography, titled “Io nuoto per amore” or “I Swim for Love,” is fresh off the printers and addresses her angst in seeing her body change as she grew into a woman, which led her to eating disorder issues. “At the time, I didn’t feel good about myself,” she said. As for the runways, Pellegrini said she’s pleased that she has noticed “a little more sensitivity to this problem. Models were even thinner in past seasons.”
