MUSICAL YOUTH: The Issey Miyake show in Paris on Friday featured a live performance by Ei Wada, who creates music under the name Braun Tube Jazz Band by touching cathode-ray tube television screens.

In the front row was singer-songwriter Ariana DiLorenzo, fresh from playing the Charlotte Ronson after-party in New York and a string of London gigs with her band Ariana & The Rose. “I’ve been singing every other day for two weeks,” the 24-year-old said. The group plans to release its first EP, “Head Vs. Heart,” in January.
