YELLOW FEVER: Attendees of Marc Jacobs’ delayed-until-Thursday night show at the New York State Armory contended with a gargantuan yellow light upon entry and a few gentle reminders via the PA system that flash photography was not permitted. Sofia Coppola, Jessica Stam, Debbie Harry and Terry Richardson were among those adjusting their pupils in the amber environs. “At first I thought I was having a stroke,” said Christina Ricci as she took her spot front row. “Now that I don’t smell burning, I feel that it is just the lighting.” As per recent history, Jacobs started the show promptly at 8:00 p.m., which left a late-arriving Miley Cyrus in standing room purgatory for the duration. Ah well, kid, you’ll get ’em next season.
