The brief announcement was made by Georg Jensen chief executive officer and creative director David Chu at a dinner in London, which was held to toast the launch of the brand’s Mount Street store. Both Georg Jensen and Zaha Hadid declined to comment on the nature of the collaboration.
Last month the brand unveiled a collaboration with Jordan Askill on a collection of butterfly-inspired designs. It was the first jewelry collaboration for Georg Jensen in 15 years.
The Danish brand recently launched its 1,890-square-foot Mount Street store, opened a store in Beijing (where it is known as House of Jensen), and opened a flagship in Munich in May.
